Therapy for Individuals and Families in Bellevue, WA
Welcome
If you’re in Bellevue and living with grief after a death, a major life transition, or a painful ending of any kind, you may be longing for a space where your experience is taken seriously. A place where no one rushes you to move on or treats your pain as something to fix.
At Space for Grief, I offer relational, grief and trauma-informed therapy for individuals and families navigating acute grief, trauma, and the long-lingering impacts of loss. For many people, grief does not only appear in the immediate aftermath. It often emerges later, in quieter and more complex ways, such as anxiety, emotional numbness, chronic stress, or a persistent sense of feeling stuck. Many clients might identify more with trauma-related symptoms, even when grief is at the root.
Some clients are mourning the death of a loved one or a beloved pet. Others are working through identity shifts, estranged relationships, or life changes that left little space to grieve at the time.
My work is grounded in Lifespan Integration (LI), a gentle, body-based (somatic), trauma-informed approach that supports nervous system regulation and helps integrate painful past experiences over time. I work with teens (16+) and adults, offering in-person therapy just outside Bellevue in Renton, WA, as well as online sessions across Washington State.
If you’re ready to explore your grief and make space for it, so you can understand it more fully and carry it with more ease - I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Please reach out for a free consultation.
