At Space for Grief, I work with teens (16+) and adults who are carrying the lasting effects of loss and painful life experiences. Some are grieving the death of someone they love. Others are navigating estrangement, a major life change, or experiences from their past that continue to affect them today.

Many of my clients have done meaningful work in therapy. They understand themselves better and have gained insight into what they've been through. Yet they still feel the weight of a loss or painful experience that hasn't fully settled.

Lifespan Integration (LI) offers something different. It's a gentle, body-based (somatic), trauma-informed approach that supports nervous system regulation and helps integrate painful experiences over time without having to endlessly relive them.

While my office is in downtown Renton, many clients choose to work with me securely online from the comfort and privacy of their own homes. I also offer in-person sessions for those who prefer meeting face to face.
