Therapy for Individuals & Families in Seattle, WA
Welcome
If you’re in Seattle and carrying grief, anxiety, trauma, or the emotional weight of difficult life experiences, you may be longing for a space where you don’t have to hold it all together alone.
At Space for Grief, I offer relational, grief and trauma-informed therapy for individuals and families navigating profound loss, life transitions, anxiety, and the lingering impacts of painful experiences and relationships.
For many people, grief does not always look the way they expect. Sometimes it appears as anxiety, emotional numbness, chronic overwhelm, disconnection, or a persistent sense of feeling stuck. A new loss can reopen older wounds. Experiences that were pushed aside long ago can suddenly feel present again.
Some clients are grieving the death of a loved one or beloved pet. Others are navigating identity shifts, estrangement, caregiving exhaustion, relationship loss, or major life transitions that left little space to process what was happening at the time.
My work is grounded in Lifespan Integration (LI), a gentle, body-based (somatic), trauma-informed approach that supports nervous system regulation and helps integrate painful experiences over time without endlessly reliving them.
I work with teens (16+) and adults, offering in-person therapy just outside Seattle in Renton, WA, as well as online sessions across Washington State.
If you’re looking for thoughtful, depth-oriented therapy and a place where your grief and pain can be met with honesty and compassion, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
